Priority Appliance Repairs For Letting Agents


We know your Landlord and Tenant want faulty appliances repaired promptly.  As you've no doubt experienced at some point, you could do without being on the wrong-end of the wrath of a tenant who's washing machine has broken down.

A simple break-down can easily eat into your precious time with you having to make several phone calls to organise repairs.

So, to make things easy for you, we've created a
priority letting agent appliance repair service:

  • We accept jobs via email
  • We'll contact the tenant direct to arrange the best time to visit
  • We'll collect the keys from you where necessary, carry out the repair, then return the keys afterwards
  • We guarantee all our workmanship - just ask us for details
  • We'll invoice on 30-day terms

Plus, if the broken appliance cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced by us, we'll waive half the initial call-out fee. The new appliance will be delivered, installed and the old one disposed of. We'll also register the guarantee on the landlords behalf and forward on the acknowledgement.

So, a simple email from you is all it needs to effect a complete repair, with all repairs and paperwork taken care of. And we'll keep you in the loop throughout the whole time.
