Below you will find call-out and labour charges for all areas of Gloucestershire we cover.
We only service & repair electrical appliances – Not Gas.
SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT CARRY OUT REPAIRS TO SAMSUNG FRIDGE FREEZERS, LIEBHERR FRIDGE FREEZERS OR AMERICAN STYLE FRIDGE FREEZERS!
CALL-OUT & LABOUR ~ covers initial call-out, all labour (no matter how long the job takes) and includes a return visit if we need to order parts that we do not have available to fit during the initial call-out. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 3 months.
PARTS ~ Are an additional cost to the call-out charge above. The warranty provided to us by the suppliers will be passed along to you (usually 12 months).
MULTIPLE APPLIANCES ~ We offer 50% reduced labour charge for each additional appliance looked at during the initial visit. The discount will be applied to the lowest price item(s).
QUOTES / INSPECTION REPORTS ~ We do not do free visits for quotes. We will try to provide a free quote to repair or replace, where possible, by phone but if the quote/ report incurs a visit to the property a call-out charge will be applied.
WASHING MACHINE/WASHER-DRYER COMPLETE DRUM CHANGES ~ These repairs are extremely time consuming and labour intense. As such they incur a 50% increase to the standard charges above.
APPLIANCES WHICH ARE ‘BEYOND ECONOMIC REPAIR’ (BER) ~ The initial call-out fee will still be payable even if the appliance is found to be beyond economic repair. However, we can quote to replace the appliance and if a new appliance is then purchased through us half of the call-out fee will be waived; this will be deducted from the new appliance cost. If we have been instructed to look at multiple items, then this waiver only applies to the portion of the cost relating to the individual appliance which is replaced through ourselves.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION / FAILED CALL-OUT ~ There will be a charge of 50% of the standard call-out fee if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the engineer attended but was unable to gain access to a property (e.g. nobody was at home, keys were not left out as arranged, wrong key safe code supplied etc)
GAS APPLIANCES ~ We DO NOT repair or service gas appliances (with the exception of the electrical ignition).
