We know that happy tenants and the importance of things being sorted quickly and efficiently when they report a faulty appliance to you are crucial to a good letting. That’s why we offer a FREE OF CHARGE Priority Service to private landlords across Gloucestershire.
We’ll save you the time and effort of making several calls trying to sort repair problems.
To make life easier for you we can:
- Accept jobs from you via email, WhatsApp or verbally.
- We’ll contact the tenant directly and arrange a convenient time to attend.
- We’ll arrange a repair limit with you so that there are no delays with calls/emails back and forth authorising parts if they should be needed.
- We can arrange to collect and return keys if they’re held locally or in a nearby letting agents.
- Keep in contact with you throughout the job if the repair cannot be completed during the first visit.
- Guarantee all work for 3 months and any parts used for a minimum of 12 months.
- Invoice on up to 30-day terms and accept payment either over the phone, via BACS or card using a secure payment link.
- If an appliance cannot be repaired and we are instructed to replace it, we will waive 100% of the initial call out fee. The new appliance will be delivered and installed and the old one disposed of for you. We will then forward to you all the details you will need to register the warranty and any additional parts guarantee on the new appliance.
The result? A happy tenant and complete satisfaction for you as landlord
